House rules
1. Check-in and check-out
Times are agreed in advance so everything can be smooth and comfortable. Please be punctual so we can prepare the house calmly for the next guests and make sure everything is ready for your arrival. If you need to adjust the time, let us know in advance and we will do our best to help.
2. Occupancy and visitors
The house is prepared for a maximum number of guests. To respect the home and the stay of everyone, do not exceed the number of confirmed guests. External visitors must be consulted and approved, as we want to keep the surroundings quiet and avoid unnecessary disturbance.
3. Noise and coexistence
We want the area to remain peaceful for everyone. Please avoid loud music and unnecessary noise, especially at night, to respect neighbors and the rest of the group. The house is meant for calm enjoyment, and any gesture that helps keep that atmosphere is appreciated.
4. Parties and events
La Cova House is designed for quiet stays, not for parties. If you wish to hold an event, it must be discussed and approved in advance so we can assess the impact on the home, the natural setting and the neighborhood.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please keep them off beds and sofas, avoid the pool area, and always clean up after them. Taking care of the space is part of respecting the environment and helps future guests enjoy it in the same condition.
6. Pool
The pool is a place for enjoyment and rest. Its use is at guests' own responsibility. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass is allowed in the area for safety. Please keep it clean and orderly and respect the rest of those who may be nearby.
7. Barbecue and fire
Use the barbecue only in designated areas and leave it completely extinguished when finished. Respect local restrictions during high-risk periods and take care of everyone's safety. If there is wind or adverse conditions, avoid its use to prevent incidents.
8. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you smoke outdoors, please use ashtrays and do not leave cigarette butts, to keep the area clean and avoid risks in a natural setting.
9. Cleanliness and waste
Please leave the kitchen and common areas tidy. Separate waste for recycling and help us care for the natural surroundings. Responsible use makes maintenance easier and keeps the house in perfect condition for the next guests.
10. Damages and incidents
If any incident or damage occurs, please inform us as soon as possible. The important thing is to resolve it in time and prevent it from worsening. Damages may be charged where appropriate, but we will always aim to handle it fairly.
11. Safety
Please close doors and windows when leaving and turn off lights and climate control. These small gestures help care for the house and the environment and also reduce energy use.
12. Personal belongings
We are not responsible for personal items left behind, but we will do our best to help if something is forgotten. If we find any item, we will contact you to arrange its return.
